Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and dFly when you use the service.

Last updated 19 July 2026

Who you are contracting with

dFly is operated by dFly Privacy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

dFly provides an encrypted connection through our servers. We aim to keep it available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: servers are maintained, networks fail, and some countries actively interfere with connections of this kind.

Your account

You may sign in through Telegram, with an email address, or both linked to a single account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Your subscription is for your own use; you may connect your own devices, and you can see and remove them from your Devices page.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions run for the period you buy and end on their expiry date. Access continues until then. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is taken by our payment providers at the time of purchase.

You can hold a balance on your account and use it toward purchases. Balance is credit for the service; it is not a deposit and does not earn interest.

Referrals

If you refer someone, you may earn referral credit under the terms shown in the referral section of your account at the time. Referral credit is account credit: it can be spent on the service, and it cannot be paid out or withdrawn as money. We may withhold or reverse credit obtained through self-referral, fraudulent sign-ups, or any other abuse of the scheme.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: a first purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, and we refund service we failed to deliver. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

Acceptable use

What dFly may not be used for is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. If we receive credible abuse reports about an account, we may suspend or block it. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using dFly at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from your Profile page. What that destroys and what we keep is set out in our Data Deletion page.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. If we end an account for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused part of a current subscription.

Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update this page and its date, and continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
