Refund Policy

When you can get your money back, and how to ask.

Last updated 19 July 2026

A first purchase, within 7 days

If this is your first paid subscription with dFly and you are not happy with it, write to us within 7 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies once per person. It covers the first subscription you buy, not later renewals or additional purchases.

If we did not deliver

Separately from the 7-day window, we refund you in full where we failed to provide the service you paid for, or where you were charged more than once for the same purchase. There is no time limit on this beyond your statutory rights.

If we end your account and it was not your fault

If we suspend or close an account for reasons that are not the account holder’s fault, we refund the unused part of the current subscription. We calculate that as the number of whole days remaining divided by the total number of days in the term, applied to the price actually paid.

What we do not refund

A change of mind about a renewal, or about any purchase after your first, or about a first purchase more than 7 days after you made it. This clause is about changing your mind — it does not narrow the undelivered-service or duplicate-charge refunds above, which apply to any purchase with no time limit. Account balance that has already been spent on a subscription is covered the same way — once credit has bought a plan, that plan is governed by the rules above rather than by this clause.

We also do not refund an account closed for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy.

How to ask

Ask through our contact form using the email address on your account, or open a support ticket from your dashboard. Tell us which purchase you mean. We aim to answer within two working days and, where a refund is due, to send it back by the method you paid with within five working days of agreeing it.

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same currency, to an address you give us. We cannot reverse a crypto payment to its source the way a card payment reverses, so we need that address from you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you, including any right to cancel a distance contract. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.
